Part of PartingGift’s business is delivering insights, based on what we learn from
the decisions our players make in the heat of competition, to the sponsors of our games. We

are they, in what regions do the live, how old are they, etc. We will not

except if and as necessary for the purposes of prize fulfillment:
in some cases, players may win a prize or prizes that require(s) physical delivery,
like a gift card or piece of merchandise. PartingGift may arrange with sponsors or third
parties to effect these deliveries.
Our business requires us, from time to time, to request personal information to
allow us to uniquely identify you as a player, to contact you about upcoming
games or game outcomes, or to facilitate integration with other platforms (like
Facebook). Information collected for these purposes is used only for these
purposes.
We may request your email address as a means of verifying your account, or
communicating with you about PartingGift. You always have the option to opt out

In order to play certain games, or to facilitate fulfillment of certain prizes,
you may be required to submit information that is personally identifiable, and
information that allows us to contact you. This information will be used solely
for PartingGift’s internal purposes, and never shared with any other player,
advertiser, sponsor, or other third party, except as necessary for the purposes
of fulfilling or otherwise delivering said prize or prizes.

maintaining the quality of PartingGift’s playing environment. Players who opt

application, on the PartingGift.com website, or any of its affiliates.
PartingGift may also collect information to maintain a profile. PartingGift may ask you to voluntarily

identifiable—from your contact information. Profile information is shared
with sponsors, but never in conjunction with personally-identifiable or
contact information. Profile information includes:
- Three-digit regional zip code
- Gender
- Age range
- Income range
You may play our games without providing profile

Disclosure of Information to Outside Parties
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to
outside parties your personally-identifiable information, except in the event that
PartingGift is sold to another entity, or in response to a lawful subpoena.

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. In compliance with the

collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are

PartingGift uses cookies—small temporary data files
